There will be 39 suites and <br />will be 34,300 square feet. The Planning Commission refers this proposal to BZD and would like <br />to incorporate into the motion that all the recommendations made ds to be turned?ntoSNlr. <br />incorporated into the final plans. A cut sheet of the hghtmg fixtures ee <br />Conway before the BZD meeting. The Planning Commission strongly recommends that the cross <br />easements for the driveways as well as the dumpsters be recorded per Mr. Dubelko's <br />recommendations before pernuts are issued. The motion was seconded by, R. Koeth and <br />unanimously approved. 1VIotion Carried. <br />X. ADJOURNIVJENT: <br />T. Brennan motioned to excuse the absence of Commissioners, K. O'Rourke, S.
