Tallon announced that as the developers were not able to submit their new plans for <br />Architectural Review Board members Mr. Yager and Mr. Zergott to review prior to tonight's, <br />meeting Olmsted Manor's case was tabled until May 11, 1999. <br />X. ADJOURNIVENT: <br />Prior to adjournment Mr. Dubelko indicated the master plan had to be redone by June of 2000. <br />He suggested the second rewrite would not be as hard as the original plan. He indicated the <br />master plan needed to be rewritten every 5 years. Mr. Spalding asked if the Planning Commission <br />could ask Council to hire someone to assist in reviewing the Master Plan. Mr. Conway suggested <br />just setting up a committee to review the master plan before hiring someone. Mr. Brennan <br />suggested the federal government was issuing low interest bonds to communities to purchase land <br />to keep as green space. Mr: Tallon asked all the members to think about forming a committee to <br />review the master plan and it will be decide at the next meeting. <br />R. Tallon motioned to adjourn the meeting.
