<br />the kilns. Mr. Spaulding inquired as to how many kilns would be needed. Mr. Frederick <br />indicated he couldn't see needing more then 2-3 kilns of 10 cubic feet each. <br />In Reframing of the motion R Tallon motioned to declare this a like and similar use of a pottery <br />store for the purpose of painting, decorating and instructing in the art of pottery. Also they will <br />be allowed to have kilns on the premises no larger then 12'cubic feet each and no more then three <br />of these kilns per building. Mr. Dubelko also added to the motion they be permitted to sell but no <br />manu.facturing of pottery on the premises. Seconded by T. Brennan. Motioned Carried. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1). Retail Today Lot Split: <br />Proposal is to split Permanent parcel No. 237-09-001, which has frontage on both Lorain Road <br />and Clague Road, into two (2) parcels. Zoning is General Retail Business District entirely, and <br />each proposed parcel conforms to zoning code requirements for area and frontage of General <br />Retail requirements. Note: Variances may be required. <br />Mr. Tallon questioned if anyone was present from Retail Today to present their proposal. Since <br />no one was present. R. Tallon motioned they be Tabled until the next meeting. Seconded by K <br />O'Rourke. Unaniinously approved. Motioned Carried. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: No Items. <br />VI. COMNIITTEE REPORTS: No Items. <br />VII. NmVOR CHANGES: No Items. <br />VIII. NEW BUSINESS: R. Tallon indicated he would like to have an election for a chairnlan. R. Koeth <br />moved to keep R. Tallon as chairma.n. Seconded by K. O'Rourke. Unaniinously approved <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS: No Items. <br />X. ADJOURNMENT: R. Tallon moved to excuse the absence of S.
