Which consists of excessive fence height and that the <br />following variances be granted: <br />1) A 30-inch height variance for a 5-foot high fence located in the front setback of a corner lot <br />facing south and west, (Code permits 30inch, applicant shows 60 inch). <br />2) An 18-inch height variance for 17 feet of fence in front setback of corner lot facing east, The <br />construction is to have a 45-degree angle at the southeast corner of 4 feet. (Code permits 30inch, <br />applicant shows 48 inch). VVhich is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.02 F 2). The motion <br />was seconded by R. Gomersall and unanimously approved. Variances Granted. <br />5. J.C. Hair Design; 28813 Lorain Rd. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of erecting a temporary sign. <br />The following variance is required: <br />A variance to erect a temporary sign as shown, code prohibits this signage. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1163.12 G). Note: Sign already installed without <br />proper authorization. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties forward, and reviewed the variance requested. Mr. <br />Christou came forward to present his proposal. Mr. Christou indicated that he was very sorry for <br />putting the sign up before he got a permit, but was unaware a permit was needed. Mr. Gomersall <br />asked when the permanent sign would be put in place. Mr. Christou su;gested he would like to be <br />in the building by the first of the year. Mr. Gomersall questioned if a permit had been submitted for <br />the ground sign. Mr. Christou suggested he had not-submitted for a permit for his proposed ground <br />sign. Mr. Maloney suggested granting the variance until January 1, 1999. Mr. Gomersall indicated <br />that if the applicant did not have his permit for the ground sign by the January l, 1999, he would <br />need to resubmit a request to keep the temporary sign up longer. Mr. Christou indicated that he <br />understood. J. Konold motioned to grant J.C. Hair Design of 28813 Lorain Rd. his request for variance <br />(1123.12). Which consists of erecting a temporary sign and that the following variance be granted: <br />A variance to erect a temporary sign as shown, with an expiration date of 7anuary 1, 1999, (code <br />prohibits this signage). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1163.12 G). The motion was <br />seconded by J. Maloney and unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />6. Ruby, the architect came forward. Mr. Gomersall suggested that it was <br />clear as to what the church is requesting. He asked if there were any comments from the Board <br />members or audience members. No further comments were made. <br />W.
