VSchill reviewed that the logos would be 12"x12"inches on each of the canopies. Mr. Gomersall reviewed <br />that the Planning Commission is against the logos being on the canopies, and the Architectural Review <br />Board indicated they would like to see them on the canopies. Mr. Conway reviewed that not only did the <br />Architectural Review Board favor the logos, but the Board of Zoning and Development board did also. <br />Mr. Konold suggested 7 logos was cluttering the canopies. Mr. Schill suggested the black awnings need <br />something to break them up, and they are only 12" by 12" inches. Mr. Maloney suggested after seeing <br />color pictures of what it will look like, the logos do break up the black awnings. <br />W. Kremzal- motioned to approve Norwalk Furniture of 25313 Lorain Road, their request for variance <br />(1123.12), and that the following variance be granted. <br />A variance for 6 canopy signs. •They are requesting 7 canopy signs whereas the code permits only one. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125, section (1163.12 (d). The motion was seconded by, R. Gomersall <br />and unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />MEETING ADJOURNED: R.
