The <br />motion was seconded by W. Kremzar and unanimously approved. Variances Grnnted. <br />4. Judith Brown-Miller; 24994 Florence Ave. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consist of moving garage. <br />The following variance is requested; <br />l. A 24 foot (plus or minus) variance for corner lot setback, (code requires 50', applicant shows <br />26'). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.02 (d) (5). <br />Chairman, Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. After waiting a <br />reasonable amount of time, the Chairman announced that they would return to the proposal at the <br />end of the meeting. Note: At the end of the meeting the Chairman again asked if there was anyone <br />present to review the Judith Brown-Miller request. As no one came forward, no further comments <br />were made. <br />T. Koberna motioned to table Judith Brown-Miller of 24994 Florence Ave her request until the <br />November 2, 2000 meeting. The motion was seconded by W. Kremzar and unanimously <br />approved. Proposal Tabled. <br />5. David Domann: 24062 Frank St. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a deck. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1) A 288 square foot variance for total lot coverage (code permits 460sqft applicant shows <br />748sqft). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02 (D) (2). <br />Ghairman, Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Domann, the owner. Mr. Domann indicated that there is a family room in the <br />back of the home, which has a sliding glass door. He would like to add a deck to and patio <br />furniture to enjoy the summer months in his backyard. Mr. Kremzar questioned if the deck would <br />be 12x22. Mr. Domann answered, "yes". No further comments were made. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to approve David Domann of 24062 Frank Street his request for variance <br />(1123.12).
