Mmtion Carried. <br />J. Maloney motioned to table Ameritech of 25170 Lorain Rd. as there was not a detailed site <br />plan available. The motion was seconded by J. Konold and unanimously approved. Proposal <br />Tabled. <br />III. NEW BUSINESS: <br />J. Maloney commented that with the passing of Mr. Gomersall to make it official there needs to <br />be nominations for Chairman and Vice Chairman. J. Konold nominated J. Maloney as Chairman <br />of the Board of Zoning Appeals and T. Koberna as Vice Chairman. Mr. Koberna respectfully <br />declined the nomination as his work schedule would not allow it. J. Maloney was unanimously <br />elected Chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals. T. Koberna nominated J. Konold as Vice <br />Chairman, and it was unanimously approved. Chairman, J.
