Request for variance 1123.12. The proposal consists of displaying of seasonal <br />toys in the required 75-foot commercial setback. The following variance is <br />requested: <br />A 53 foot 8 inch variance for front commercial setback (code requires 75 feet, <br />applicant'shows 21 foot 4 inches) section 1139.07. Which is in violation of Ord.,90-125 section 1139.07. NOTE: This proposal was <br />tabled at the 7une 6, 2000 meeting due to no representative being present. <br />Chairman Gomersall asked the clerk to review the telephone call she received from <br />James Lumber that day. The clerk remarked that a representative from James <br />Lumber contacted her office that day requesting to be tabled until the next months <br />meeting. She informed that caller that she would need a letter faxed to her <br />indicating whether or not the applicant wanted to be tabled or withdrawn. The <br />caller agreed to send a fax but, she never received one. Mr. Koberna suggested <br />that the proposal be called again at the end of the meeting and in between tfiat time <br />the clerk could check to see if she has received the fax yet.
