.?? <br />J. Maloney motioned to grant Patty Dieckman of 24969 Gessner Rd. her request for variance, as <br />written, 1123.12, which consists of a fence and that the following variances be granted: <br />1. A 42 inch height variance for fence in front setback 52 feet in length (code requires 30 inch, <br />applicant shows 72 inches), (1135.02 f2). <br />2. A variance for a fence 72 inches in height and 52 feet in length, over 50 % of face closed (code <br />requires 50% open, applicant shows 100% closed), ( 1135.02 fl) <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections 1135.02 (fl(2) and 1135.02 (fl(1). The motion was <br />seconded by J. Konold and unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />11. Firth Third Bank: 26187 Lorain Rd. <br />Request for variance 1123.12. Proposal consists of an ATM machuie with canopy. <br />The following variances requested: <br />1. A special pernut to add to a non-confornung building section 1165.02. <br />2. A 6.89 foot variance for rear yard setback (code permits 50 foot, applicant shows 43.11), <br />(1139.08 G). <br />3. A variance for conducting business activity in rear yard setback. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections, (1154.02) and (1139.03 G). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties forward to review the request. 1VIr. Saylor, the <br />Architect, and 7oe Cieply, from Fifth Third, came for-vvard to review the request. Mr. Gomersall <br />questioned the lighting. Mr. Cieply indicated the lighting would be off the canopy and the lights will <br />be metal and would be lit at all times as a security issue. Mr. Gomersall questioned if there were any <br />questions from the board or audience members. No further comments were made. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to grant Fifth Third Bank of 26187 Lorain Rd. the request for variance <br />1123.12, which consists of an ATM machine with canopy and that the following variances be <br />granted: - <br />l. A special permit to add to a non-confornling building section 1165.02. <br />2: A 6.98 foot variance for rear yard setback (code permits 50 foot, applicant shows 43.11), <br />(1139.08 G). <br />3. A variance for conducting business activity in rear yard setback. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections, (1154.02) and (1139.08 G). The motion was <br />seconded by J.
