Ordinance 2000-13, "An ordinance providing for the amendment of the zone map of the City <br />of North Olmsted in order to supplementary zone the hereinafter described parcels of real <br />property, so as to include them within the Wireless Telecommunication Facilities Overlay <br />District (° WTFO") of the City of North Olmsted as amended. " Motion Carried. 2/22/00 <br />Ordinance 2000-12: <br />An ordinance creating new and revised chapter 1163 of the Zoning Code of the City of North <br />Olmsted, entided "SIGNS" as amended. 1VIotion Carried. 2/22/00 <br />FEBRUARY 29, 2000 SPECIAL MEETING <br />Ordinance No. 2000-12 <br />An ordinance creating new and revised chapter 1163 of the Zoning Code of the City of North <br />Olmsted, entided "SIGNS" as amended. The Planning Commission recommends to Council <br />that Ordinance 2000-12 be passed wifli all the changes that Planning Commission has <br />incorporated. This will include a sunset clause of six (6) months which will start the day the <br />ordinance takes effect. The moUon was seconded by S. Asseff and unanimously approved. <br />Motion Carried. <br />MARCH 14, 2000 <br />Fifth Tlurd Bank; 26187 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal consists of an ATM machine with a canopy. R. Ta11on motioned to approve Fifth <br />Tlurd Bank of 26187 Lorain Rd. the proposal which consists of an ATM maclune with a <br />canopy, and to send on to the Architectural Review Board. If no major changes are to be <br />made, the proposal can go on to Board of Zoning and Development. The motion was <br />seconded by C. Allan and unanimously approved. Motion Carried. 3/14/00 <br />R. Tallon rnade a motion to recommend Fifth Third Bank to Board of Zoning Appeals that <br />the variance for the canopy in the 50-foot setback is granted. The motion was seconded by S. <br />Asseff and unanimously approved. In the framing of the motion, R. Tallon questioned if <br />there would be an upgrade to the landscaping due to the use of the rear of the building. Mr. <br />Saylor indicated the bank would like to do something with the back parking lot. Mr. Tallon <br />suggested getting a landscaping plan into the proposal for the Arclutectural Review Board. <br />1VIotion Carried. 3/14/00 <br />Soccer Sportsplex; 31515 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal consists of an addition added to the existing building. R. Tallon moUoned have <br />Soccer Sportsplex of 31515 Lorain Rd. sent to Architectural Review Board. R. Tallon <br />motioned to then have Soccer Sportsplex return to Planning Commission for the final <br />approval after the lighting is shown on the revised prints, as well as the conclusion of the <br />loading docks and the masonry to the addition to match the existing building. The motion <br />was seconded by K. O'Rourke and unanimously approved. Motion carried. 3/14/00 <br />Elias Bros.; 26770 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal consists of demolistung die existing restaurant and replacing it with a Steak N' <br />Shake Restaurant and Quick-Change building. NOTE: At the request of the applicant, the <br />proposal has been postponed until the April 11, 2000 Planning Commission meeting. <br />MARCH 28, 2000 <br />Soccer Sportplex; 31515 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal consists of an addition added to die existing building. The Planning Commission <br />on March 14, 2000 and the Architectural Review Board heard this proposal March 22, 2000.
