+ - ? <br />1h , <br />Mr. Conway informed the board members that if there was an issue that came <br />before the board that they felt needed to be changed indefinitely, then the <br />board could make their motions effective citywide. <br />Mr. Puzzitiello indicated that he did not feel fences should be placed on <br />easements. Mr. Conway indicated that at one time fences could not be placed <br />within an easement. It has since changed and fences can now be placed in the <br />easements. However, the applicant must sign a statement indicating they know <br />that the fence can be removed at their expense if city workers need to remove <br />the fence. <br />V.
