Klesta and <br />unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />IV. CONDVIUIVICATIONS: <br />Mr. Rymarczyk questioned that if it could be a recommendation of the Board of Building <br />Code of Appeals to allow the Building Commissioner to issue fence permits where said <br />fence abuts rear easement, providing fence allows for access into easement area, even <br />though the abutting property has a fence on the opposite side of the easement. Mr. <br />Engoglia indicated that a problem could result if another neighbor wanted to erect a <br />fence, somewhere along the line, a gate would have to be placed to allow access to the <br />easement. Mr. Rymarczyk questioned it the Board would put that in writing. Mr. <br />Engoglia indicated that if it were in writing, the Board would sign it at the next meeting <br />or the members would come in and sign it. <br />V. CONIlVIITTEE REPORTS: <br />VI.
