Seconded by Mr. Gareau <br />and unanimously approved. (Note: This does not include front porch steps.) <br />3. Agnes Ellis; 25197 Butternut Rid e Road <br />Proposal consists of replacing a roof. <br />Mr. Lang questioned if anyone was here to represent Agnes Ellis at 25197 Butternut Ridge. <br />No one came forward so the members moved to table the proposal due to lack of information <br />and absence of the applicant. <br />4. Ben Wright27550 Butternut Rid e Road <br />Proposal consists of laying stamped cobblestone patio to existing pool area on rear side of <br />house. <br />Mr. Lang called all interested parties forward. He commented that Mr. Wright's proposal is <br />to lay stamped cobblestone patio to existing pool area on the rear side of the house. Mr. <br />Barker suggested that the proposal did not have to do with the house but rather his property <br />and Landmarks should not be hearing this case. <br />Mr. Lang motioned to approve the pouring of concrete cobblestone in rear and west side of <br />house. Mr. Barker seconded and was unanimously approved. Mr. Gareau abstained as Mr. <br />Wright is a relative of his. <br />5. McCelene 26971 Butternut Rid e Road <br />Proposal consists of replacing existing 5-inch wood siding and wood trim with 3-inch gray <br />vinyl siding with white aluminum trim. <br />Mr. McCeleney's proposal is to replace existing 5-inch wood siding and trim with a 4-inch <br />vinyl siding and white aluminum/vinyl trim. Mr. Lang commented that after the proposal <br />was written he had received samples from Mr. McCeleney. The current lap siding on the <br />house is a 1950's vintage one-story ranch house at the corner of Fitch and Butternut. Mr. <br />Lang stated that it was originally going to be a three-inch lap vinyl siding and now its up to <br />four-inch siding. Mr. Lang then questioned if the board had any further comments or <br />questions. <br />Mr. Lang motioned to approve proposal to replace existing 5 inch wood siding and wood <br />trim with approximately four inch white vinyl siding and white either aluminum or vinyl <br />trim. The motion was seconded by Mr. Barker and was unanimously approved. <br />2
