you're going to have something that you're going to need, you should file an
application with this board before setting the containers. Mr. Engoglia commented
that he thinks what Mr. Conway is trying to say is that we are not trying to give you
a hard time, if you let us know ahead of time, we can be more cooperative with you.
If you have to have it, we can try to work around what you have to have, but we
have to contend with the people that live on those streets that look at those things.
We are in favor of the citizens of North Olmsted, but we understand that sometimes
you run into problems. If you let us know ahead of time; chances are we can work
things out. Mr. Banker indicated that he would pass that on to his supervisors. Mr.
Puzzitiello questioned if Wal-Mart leased or owner the property. Mr. Banker replied
as far as he knows Wal-Mart owns the land that they built on. Mr. Conway
indicated that it might be under a different name, but they purchased it from Biskind.
Mr. Puzzitiello indicated that he only saw one container out there when he drove
past tonight. Mr. Banker indicated that there should still be three out there unless
they moved them already, but they were asking for a continuance until July 2, 2001
to have them out there. Mr. Engoglia indicated that he had no quarrel with that, but
he agrees with Mr. Conway as to they should be getting a permit before they go
ahead and do whatever it may be. If this keeps happening you might have to make a
designated area for those containers and fence them in from the surrounding
residents.
P. Engoglia motioned to allow Wal-Mart of 24801 Brookpark Rd. to keep the
outside containers there until July 2, 2001. Condition: This is not approval for any
other containers to be there at any other time. The motion was seconded by R.
Puzzitiello and unanimously approved. Motaon Carried.
IV. COMMUNICATIONS:
V. COMIVIITTEE REPORTS:
VI. NEW BUSINESS:
VII. OLD BUSINESS:
VIII. ADJOURNMENT:
R. Puzzitiello motioned to adjourn the meeting at S:SOpm. The motion was
seconded by P. Engoglia and unanimously approved.
2
