incandescent lights. The maximum wattage should be 150, which will allow a soft liaht. The
neighbors will be buffered form the lights. 1Vgr. Dixon agreed to add additional lights at 10-foot high
poles and use 150-watt lights. Mr. Rymarczyk suggested that the building department was still
waiting for the landscaping approval from the Architectural Review Board Chairman. Since the
chairman requested additional landscaping along the rear, it will also need to be shown in the final
submittal. He questioned when the photometric plans would be submitted. Mr. Tallon indicated that
if the applicant comes back showing 10 foot high lights then they can be sent through as a minor
change so he can see that it has been done. Mr. Rymarczyk wanted clarification that the chairman was
asking for the photometric plan showing 10-foot high poles with incandescent 150-watt lights to be
submitted without having the proposal return. Pole lights are not to be higher then 10 feet at the
bottom of the light. The wattage of the lights will be 150 watt. He informed Mr. Dixon that if he
submitted the plans he would make sure the Chairman got a copy to view.
R. Tallon motioned to approve El Rodeo Mexican Restaurant of 237-10-012, 028 and 036 which
consists of remodeling existing Khan's Cuisine to have new exterior roof parapet and roof element.
With following inclusions, 1. The Parking lot lighting is to be no higher then lOfeet at the bottom of
the light with wattage no higher then 150 and they are to be incandescent fixtures. 2. The landscaping
plan should continue the row of arborvitae's along rear property line. 3. The fencing on the rear of the
building to screen the mechanical units is acceptable if it covers all the units, if it does not then more
fencing is to be added to do so. The motion was seconded by R. Koeth and unanimously approved.
1Viotion Carrieci. Note: This proposal is contingent upon lot consolidation.
2.
