?Y <br />R. Koeth made a. motion to initiate a change to the zoning map of the city to rezone the land known <br />as Parcel E to Mixed Use D classification. The motiori was seconded by T. Hreha and unanimously <br />approved. ' <br />R. Koeth made a motion to initiate an amendment to Chapter 1149 of the city zoning code, so it is <br />consistent with the documents submitted by city planner, Mr. Smerigan, together with the additional <br />changes recommended by the board including those relating to the lighting plan, restaurant use, <br />underground utilities, and the requirement of a traffc study. The motion was seconded by W. <br />Spalding and unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Koeth made a final comment and thanked Mr. Smerigan for coming to the meetings and for the <br />time he spent with.the board. He not only assisted them with Parcel E, he opened their eyes to other <br />opportunities within the city. Perhaps the board can look at the building code with other <br />recommendations in the future. Mr. Koeth excused the absence of board members, S. Asseff and K. O'Rourke. <br /> <br />V.
