The trees will not <br />be harmed from the fence in any way, as the fence will be in front of the trees. Mr. M. <br />Conway questioned why Mrs. Comodeca is against the applicant replacing the back section of <br />her chainlink fence with a new vinyl fence. Mrs. Comodeca was against the fence, as the <br />vinyl section would not abut up to the existing sides' chainlink fence sections that are already <br />in place. Mr. Althen likes the idea of a removable fence, as it will provide a way to maintain <br />the yard and fence both. Mr. M. Conway stated that he would like to postpone the proposal <br />until all five members are present. Mr. Engoglia and Mr. Puzzittiello both voiced that they <br />would not be present for January or February meeting dates. Mr. Mortach stated that he did <br />not want to wait for a later ruling. <br />M. Conway seconded the motion, roll call on the motion; M. Conway "No", P. Engoglia, <br />R. Puzzittiello and N. Althen "Yes" Variance Granted. Note: Mr. D. Conway clarified that <br />if the pt-oposed fence provides removable section gates should not be required. <br />Clerks Note: <br />During the discussion Mr. M.
