, <br />mound and fence is brought inward and landscaping is provided on both sides of the fence the <br />applicants would have to maintain both sides of the mound. Mr. Conway commented that the <br />mounds would require irrigation systems and there would have to be cuts in the mounds for <br />maintenance of the mounds. Mr. Crook suggested the safety forces review the site for their <br />trucks. Mrs. Nader questioned if there would be a dumpster area for the new building. Mr. <br />Herschman suggested that there would not be an additional dumpster added. Mr. Crook <br />suggested placing a horizontal light gray accent band to help break-up the wall. He <br />questioned if there would be any signage above the west side entrances. Mr. Herschman <br />thought only the service area may be identified. Mr. Zergott suggested using less bar-berry <br />and more evergreen to the landscaping along Lorain and the rest of the:site to make sure that <br />the vegetation has color year round. <br />J. Crook motion to approve the plans as submitted with the comments of additional <br />landscaping by a variation of plants. The addition of gray horizontal bands on the <br />building. The mounds with fencing added along the abutting residents. Mr. Zergott <br />strongly suggested Planning Commission have the applicants talk to the owners to <br />address the other two buildings being tied into the new building to enhance the site. J. <br />Nader seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. Mrs. Rote announced that <br />the proposal would go before Planriing Commission on November 25, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. in <br />Council Chambers. <br />4. Architectural ,Review Board needs to. review the proposed 2004-meeting calendar. Note: <br />Planning Commission has scheduled their vacation August 2004. <br />Mr. Zergott indicated that the Architectural Review Board would take the month of August as <br />vacation in 2004. <br />VI.
