He said they removed about a 13 square foot room and that foundation is <br />partially there for support and they intend to enlarge the room to about 23 feet square. He said he <br />wants to know what he needs to do to make everyone happy. Mr. Engoglia said in the plan it <br />shows 2 blocks. Mr. Brown said they didn't even know how many blocks it would be until they <br />shot a laser through the window. Mr. Engoglia said they have to do something with the block. <br />They can't leave them that way. 1V1r. Puzzitiello said there are 3 options. He said dryvit is the <br />cheapest. Mrs. Brown came forward to present her drawing for landscaping. She pointed out the <br />new part of the home, which comes out a lot farther. She said they will curve the entrance around <br />to go up to the center of the porch. The entire area with the new foundation is going to be <br />landscaped. Mr. Puzzitiello said to use dryvit, to plaster it up. Mr. Conway pointed out the <br />location of the home is very noticeable from the street. Mrs. Brown agreed and said it will be <br />covered in the spring with all the new landscaping. Mr. Engoglia said they are trying to keep <br />things looking nice. Mrs. Brown asked for clarification on the suggestion to drop the siding. Mr. <br />Puzzitiello said they can drop it all the way down to one block, and it should be sealed anyway. <br />Mr. Engoglia said it is more expensive than the dryvit. Mr. Rymarczyk said for clarification it <br />would not be dryvit; it would be the parging of the wall. Mr. Engoglia said it doesn't have to be <br />dryvit. They can do it with cement and paint over it. <br />P. Engoglia made a motion to approve the proposal for Dennis Brown of 5978 Columbia Road <br />with the condition that they put parging on the new walls only. The block is to be covered. The <br />motion was seconded by M. Conway and unanimously approved. <br />3. The board needs to approve or amend the meeting calendar for 2004 <br />P. Engoglia made a inotion to approve the 2004 meeting calendar. The cnotion was seconded <br />by N. Althen and unanimously approved. <br />4. The board needs to elect a chairinan and vice chairman for 2004 <br />P. Engoglia made a motion to retain R. Puzzitiello as chairman. The motion was seconded <br />by M.
