The permit was granted before the mistake was caught. <br />He submitted to the board a picture of himself 6-foot tall standing next to the pool with a 16- <br />foot long pool-cleaning tool to show the board that the tool can not reach the electrical line. <br />Mr. Puzzitiello advised the Ms. Tintelnot that she would need to give the Building <br />Department a certified copy of the survey that was made of her land, to make sure the fence <br />is 10-feet from the pool. <br />C. Conway motion to approve Ms. Tintelnot of 4482 Ranchview her request for a <br />variance to leave pool approgimately 8-feet horizontally from overhead power line. <br />National Electrical Code article 680.8-table requires a minimum of 10-foot horizontal <br />clearance. Or 25-foot on a diagonal from the surface of the water. The owner is to <br />submit a certified copy of the survey to the Building Department. P.
