Continued discussion of Master Plan Review: <br />MARCH 25, 2003 <br />T Mobile Wireless Communication Tower• North West corner of Brookpark &Clague Road PP#237- <br />23-030 & 031 <br />Proposal consists of installing a permitted wireless communication tower in the I-480 state right of way. <br />Lot Split plat for pominic Ruccella, of 6691 Stearns Road <br />The proposal is to split Permanent Parcel Number 234-23-010 (3.2413 acres) into two parcels. The first <br />parcel will be 2.9864 acres, and the second parcel will be 0.2549 acre (or 11,103 sq. ft.). The location is on <br />the east side of Stearns Road and approximately 500 feet south of Interstate I-4890. Zoning is B, <br />Residence, Single. The existing parcel conforms to depth, frontage and area requirements of the Zoning <br />Code. <br />NOTE: 1). The proposed 0.2549 acre parcel will NOT conform to the frontage requirements of the Zoning <br />Code. The required frontage is 70 feet, and the proposed frontage will be 61.17 feet. The proposed 0.2549 <br />acre parcel will conform to the depth and area requirements of the Zoning Code. <br />2). The proposed 2.9864 acre parcel will conform to the depth, frontage and area requirements of the <br />Zoning Code. <br />3). The proposed 0.2549 acre parcel will no longer have a garage after the lot is split. The <br />Board of Zoning Appeals TABLED the proposal as the applicant was not present at the meeting on April 3, <br />2003. <br />Lot Split Plat for Tim & Laura Rankin of 25020 Rainbow I)rive: <br />The proposal is to split Permanent Parcel Number 237-30-016 (approximately 1.96 acres) and Permanent <br />Parcel Number 261-03-006 (approximately 0.31 acre) into two parcels. The first parcel will be 1.4707 <br />acres, and the second parcel will be 0.7303 acre. The location is on the north side of Rainbow Drive and <br />approximately 600 feet west of Lewis Road. Parcel Number 237-30-016 is located in the City of North <br />Olmsted. Parcel Number 261-03-006 is located in Olmsted Township. Zoning is A, Residence, Single in <br />the City of North Olmsted.
