Proposal consists of installing a permitted 190-foot self supported monopole tower & 11.5' X 20' radio <br />equipment pre-fab building in the I-480 state right of way. Note: Planning Commission tabled this <br />proposal on July 8, 2003 and July 22, 2003. <br />Ber2 Carwash 4700 Clallue Road: <br />Proposal consists of obtaining a Use Permit for a carwash in a multi-family district. Note: Applicant <br />withdrew this proposal from Planning Commission on 7/22/03. City requires parcels be consolidated. <br />Pruitt Construction Inc. (Great Northern Dodge), 26100 Lorain Road, PP#232-33-023, 022 <br />Proposal consists of replacing front row pole lights. Note: Variances are required as well as lot <br />consolidation. <br />ltoclcwvnd Cluster Plat PP# 237-19-002 <br />The proposal is to construct a 31-unit single family cluster home development Permanent Parcel Number <br />237-19-002 (5.5710 acres) has been rezoned from A, Residence, Single to Single Family Cluster District. <br />The location of the property is on the east side of Columbia Road, approximately 300 feet south of <br />Brookpark Road, and north of interstate I-480. Planning Commission on October 22, 2002 previously <br />approved the development plans. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-123 <br />An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted in order to <br />supplementary Zone permanent parcel numbers 235-16-008 and 235-16-009, so as to include them within <br />the wireless Telecommunication Facilities Overlay District ("WTFO) of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SEPTEMBER 23, 2003 <br />AutoZone, Inc., 24250 Lorain Rd., PP#231-31-005 <br />The proposal consists of construction of a one-story masonry building and associated site work. Note: <br />Planning Commission addressed the proposa104/08/03 and approved the plans 7/8/03. The Architectural <br />Review Board addressed this proposal on 7/16/03 and 9/17/03. <br />CarneSie ManaSement & Development Corporation, Parcel E <br />The proposal consists of 77,000 square feet of multi-family housing, 61,200 square feet for multi-family <br />parking structure, 200,800 square feet of retail space. <br />Note: The Planning Commission approved the preliminary land use plan on May 27, 2003. <br />Variances are required. <br />OCTOBER 14, 2003 <br />Cingular Wireless (CEI) Power Tower; 31133 Lorain Road: <br />The proposal consists of placing a Cingular Wireless antenna atop an existing CEI power tower, inserting <br />an equipment shelter and placing a fence around the shelter. Note: variances are required. <br />Lot Snlit Plat 25001 / 25061 Countrv Club Boulevard <br />The proposal is to split Permanent Parcel Number 236-13-015 (3.4392 acres) into two parcels. The west <br />parcel (Chili's Restaurant) will be 1.9107 acres, and the east parcel (Macaroni Grill Restaurant) will be <br />1.5285 acres. The location is on the south side of Country Club Boulevard, east of Great Northern <br />Boulevard and north of Interstate 1480. Zoning is Mixed Use District "A". The existing parcel conforms <br />to the area requirements of the zoning code. <br />The proposed parcels sill conform to the requirements of the Zoning Code. The parcels will no longer be a <br />single entity. So for future development a twenty-five foot landscaped area would be needed between <br />buildings according to Section 1149.04 (D of the Zoning Code which states "Such buildings shall have a <br />minimum twenty-five feet of landscaped area between all boundary lines, other buildings, public streets, <br />private streets and drives". <br />7
