<br />review to run consecutively. The minor change process will remain the same. Mr. O'Malley <br />felt that a concurrent review would be better wording. The Building Commissioner would also <br />like wording established to address when the clock starts running. I.e. does it start the day of first <br />submittal or does it start the day it is established that there is a complete set of plans for review. <br />Perhaps a definition as to what constitutes a complete set of plans. As an example Parcel E has <br />submitted 5 separate sets of plans within a three week timeframe. The Building department <br />should be commended for the quick review as well as the Engineering departments submittal. <br />R. Koeth motion to recommend to Council the approval of Ordinance 2003-144 with the <br />incorporation of both the recommendations of the Planning Director and Building <br />Commissioner as to the review period, nature of review and additional definitions. The <br />review will run concurrently. W. Spalding seconded the motion, which was unanimously <br />approved. <br />VI. CONIlVIITTEE REPORTS: <br />Planning Commission unanimously assigned Mark Yager to the Landmarks Commission as <br />Planning Commissions representative. With the understanding that their recommendation will <br />have to be reaffirmed again in December for the 2004 calendar year. <br />VII. MINOR CHANGES: <br />VIII. NEW BUSINESS: <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS: <br />R. Koeth motions to set August 2004 as Planning Commissions vacation month. M. Yager <br />seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. <br />X.
