T. Hreha moved to recommend BZD approve the rezoning of 30898 Bradley Road to Single <br />Family Cluster and then have developer return to the Boards and Commissions under <br />chapter 1136.00. C. Allan seconded the motion which was unanimously approved. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Ordinance No. 2004 - 66 <br />An ordinance amending section 1161.05 of the City's zoning code in order to adjust minimum <br />parking standards for large unit commercial developments. <br />Ms. Wenger reviewed that the ordinance was,requested at the recommendation of the Cities Traffic <br />Engineer. The City currently has the highest parking ratio requirements in the area. The Planner <br />believes establishing a parking range standard will assist Planning Commission in preserving green <br />space. <br />T.
