<br />M. Conway moved that the Board find as a matter of fact that the building/
<br />house located at 4170 Columbia Road in the City of North Olmsted is a
<br />dangerous building and constitutes a public nuisance pursuant to Sections
<br />1331.01 and 1331.03. These findings: of fact are based upori the testimony of
<br />building commissioner, D. Conway, as well as the photographs and inspection
<br />reports of the building department, which are hereby incorporated. Further,
<br />that the Board based its findings upon and incorporates the expert report of
<br />Jeffrey A. Grussenmeyer dated October 26, 2004 and Kris Bosworth dated
<br />October 25, 2004. That the Board finds that the building must be demolished
<br />pursuant to Section 1331.01. That the Board also finds the Building
<br />Commissioner's Order to demolish dated May.17, 2004 was warranted and is
<br />hereby confirmed. P. Engoglia seconded the motion, roll call on the motion; N.
<br />Althen, abstained, M. Conway, R. Puzzitiello and P. Engoglia ".yes". Motion
<br />passed.
<br />Mr. Conway directed the Clerlc to draft the demolition order, on behalf of the Board,
<br />and serve it upon all interested parties, in accordance with the procedure of Chapter
<br />1331. Mr. O'Malley advised the Board that the building department has completed
<br />title searches and has served several orders and can identify the lien holders and other
<br />parties of interest. Mr. O'Malley said. he would be ?at the disposal of the clerk to
<br />assist in the drafting of the order and causing it to be served. ;
<br />M. Conway moved to direct the Clerk to draft on behalf of the Board, a written
<br />memorandum to City Council, with copies to the Mayor and the Law Director,
<br />Finance, Safety and Public Service, requesting that Council cause the dangerous
<br />building at 4170 Columbia to be demolished pursuant to Section 1331.05 (e). P.
