installed. Mr. & Mrs. Condon, the neighbor next door does not want the fence to in <br />anyway connect to their fence. The Asst. Building Commission T. Rymarczyk said that <br />the City does not have authority to grant permission to a neighbor to access the other <br />neighbor's property. Board Member Engoglia suggested the applicant and the <br />Condon's discuss it and submit a plan to the Building Department for approval. Asst. <br />Building Commission Rymarczyk said that all fence posts and foundations must be on <br />each own individual's property. <br />N. Althen moved to approve the variance for the rear fence with a gate be instalied <br />5' from the property line. Each person will have their fence on their own <br />property. M.
