U . . .
performed October 30th, November Sth, 6?', 12th and 13th. She reviewed that Mrs. App created
the announcements and did a great job. All rehearsals are going well and they are moving
forward. The time period is present so the group has all the materials available.
V. COMMUNICATIONS:
Mr. Garland congratulated Mr. Yustick on the article in the west life paper, and indicated that
Mr. Yustick will be showing his art and performing that weekend in Berea at the little red
school house. Mrs. Martindale indicated that her group will be performing all weekend at the
Ohio Mart at Stan Hewitt.
Mr. Yustick indicated that he has had discussions with councilman Nashar about North Olmsted
sponsoring an art show. The board was open to sponsoring an art show next year for local
artists. The board asked Mr. Yustick to provide the board more information on how to sponsor
an art show. The board thought the month of September would be the best time for an art show.
Mr. Yustick will present detailed information at the next meeting and the clerk was asked to get
dates that are available in September as well as prices for security. The clerk was also asked to
find out about a blueprint of the North Olmsted Park for purposes of laying out booths and
vendors. The board thought that the event should be a three day event and would continue to
discuss the issue at their next meeting.
VI. COMMITTEE REPORTS:
VII. ADJOURNMENT:
B. Martindale moded to adjourn the meeting. D. Frazier seconded the motion, which was
unanimously approved. Meeting adjourned at 8:30 pm.
Garlan . Chairman Date: onna Rote, Clerk of Commissions
3
