ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Maloney called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Chairman J. Maloney, Board members W. Kremzar, N. Sergi, and T. Kelly <br />ALSO PRESENT: Assistant Law Director B. O'Malley, Assistant Building Commissioner <br />T. Rymarczyk, and Clerk of Commissions D. Rote. <br />H. REVIEVV AND CORRECTION OF 1ViINUTES: <br />The Board of Zoning Appeals minutes dated June 3, 2004 have been submitted for approval. <br />Mr. Maloney reviewed that the Building Department calculated the amended plans for the <br />Visconsi Company request heard June 3, 2004. Therefore a motion is needed to amend the <br />7une 3, 2004 minutes to reflect the following wording for the amended variances granted; <br />Visconsi Comp. of 26642 Brookpark Road their request for variance (1123.12), which <br />consists of new signage and the following variances are granted as amended: <br />1. A 382.5 square foot variance for total signage on a building, (code permits 353 sq. ft. <br />and applicant shows 735.5 sq. ft.), section (1163.24 (B)). <br />2. A variance for a sign on a canopy not in conjunction with a building entrance, (code <br />does not allow, applicant shows 1), section (1163.28 (A)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections (1163.24 (c)), (1163.24 (B)) and (1163.28 <br />(A)l <br />To s= 429.3 Famous Hair = 15.8 <br />Pacmail= 18.75 Block Buster = 177.36 <br />Charter One = 38.2 Sk Bank = 56.09 <br />Total Square Footage =735.45 sq. ft. <br />W. Kremzar moved to amend the June 3, 2004 Board of Zoning Appeals minutes for <br />Vnsconsi Comp of 26642 Brookpark Road to read as follows; Visconsi Comp. of 26642 <br />Brookpark Road their request for variance (1123.12), which consists of new signage <br />ancl the following variances are granted as amended: <br />1.
