Minutes of a Meeting of the
North Olmsted Parks and Recreation Commission
December 5, 2005

replacements would be made? If it could be said that the slow periods statistically are January and
July or whatever those months may be, those months are when the Rec Center is going to go in and
replace the ballasts.

Mr. DiSalvo said they could be replaced at any time as necessary, but it takes a lot of looking to locate
them. The Commissioner said that it’s not impossible but it’s hard to locate once the crew is up on the
lift and find it’s not the right string of lights.

Aquatics Supervisor

Ms. Steele asked about the search for a new Aquatics Supervisor. Mr. DiSalvo reported that
interviews will start the week of December 12, 2005. The first week will be the first round of
interviews. The second week will be the final three and, hopefully, by December 23, 2005, the person
who is chosen will be contacted to see if they will accept the position. Hopefully, that position will
start by January 2, 2006.

ADJOURNMENT OF MEETING

Upon Motion made by Mr. Miller, duly seconded by Mr. Lasko and unanimously approved,
the meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m. The next meeting of the North Olmsted Parks and
Recreation Commission will be January 9, 2006.

Accepted and Approved:

________________________________________________________________________
William D.
