<br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Mr. Scarl in speaking on behalf of North Olmsted Hot Stove, noted that an agreement was <br />made concerning the fence at North Olmsted Park by diamond #1. It is supposed to stay up <br />until the end of July with the exception of All Scouts and NOSO events. The fence was not <br />put back up after the NOSO event and poses a safety issue with baseballs rolling out into the <br />street. There was communication from Tim Murphy that he could not put the fence back up <br />do to missing parts. Mr. Scarl would like this occurrence on record and will be pursuing this <br />matter further with the Mayor’s office. <br /> <br />th <br />Mr. Groden stated that on July 20 Council will be voting on whether or not to serve beer at <br />the Homecoming at North Olmsted Park. Mr. Groden wants it on record that this matter was <br />not brought before the Commission to be considered or discussed. <br /> <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS: <br /> <br />Charlie Solomon asked if he could submit suggestions for Capital Improvement for the <br />Recreation Center.
