REC. CENTER REPAIRS / WORK UPDATE:

Ms. Drenski reported the Munter unit had stopped working and there was a gas leak. We are
currently waiting on the part to repair it. There was also a high level of carbon monoxide in
the rink area so the Fire Department was called out to clear the area. The York system that
was causing the carbon monoxide was shut down and is currently being repaired.

The roof project and pool dehumidification project are moving forward as planned. We will
also be painting the pool and pool walls during this shutdown period.

Before homecoming at the park, we painted the restrooms and repaired the roof and awning.
New partitions were installed in the women’s restroom.

In the tennis area we plan to paint the hallway and are currently getting quotes to expand the
viewing area. It will be approximately $9,500 to put two windows for viewing in the back
hallway. This project will be paid through the tennis endowment and will be completed in
time for the John Heil memorial tournament in February. The repairs to the roof will benefit
this area and will allow us to paint the hallway floors and walls as well.

REVENUE / EXPENSE:

We are currently going over the expenses for the remainder of the year to make sure there
are not any shortfalls. Concerning revenue, overall we are up compared to last year however,
there is a concern with the pool revenue. Currently it is down we had a lot of mechanical
issues over the winter and we cannot offer Learn to Swim classes this Fall due to the
dehumidification project. The rink and gymnastics revenue are up and should make up for
the shortfall in pool revenue.

Note: At this time the tape had a malfunction and I could not go any further.

COMMISSION MEMBER TOPICS:

GUEST TOPICS:

SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING:
