A 6 in. variance for sign setback from the right-of-way; code requires ground signs to be <br />set back a minimum of 5 ft., applicant shows 4 ft. 6 in., Section 1163.27(B). <br />Note 1: The BZA granted variances for two wall signs, excessive sign height and maximum <br />sign face area in 2003. The BZA denied variance requests for a third wall sign, excessive <br />sign height and additional total sign area in 2011. <br />
