Request variance to have one less loading <br />zone than required. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1161.11(e). <br />T. Restifo moved to grant the request to remove the east loading zone. <br />Motion was seconded and unanimously approved. <br />4. Michael Sapell, 4190 Bentley Drive <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request continuance of location variance for <br />swimming pool (located in side yard and not 10 feet from property line). <br />Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.02(1). (Originally granted only for <br />the duration of that owners residency at the meeting of May 1, 1985). <br />B. Grace moved to grant the request, seconded by T. Re- <br />quest 66 foot front setback variance (over 70 ft. maximum). Violation of <br />Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.06(a). Also request special permit to add to non- <br />conforming dwelling. Special permission required Ord. 87-93, Section 1165.02. <br />Request special permit to keep construction trailer on property. Special per- <br />mit required Ord. 87-93, Section 1123.06(a).
