CITY OF NORTH OLMSTS® <br />CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION <br />NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />REGULAR MINUTES OF THE NORTH OLMSTED CIVIL SERVICE COIrMISSION --9/25/75 <br />Present were Commissioners John Grady, Bill Coming, Chairman Al Conte, <br />Secretary James Kline, and Richard Bronder9 Manager of. North -Olmsted'. <br />recreation Center. <br />Motion by Bill Coming, seconded by Al Conte that the minutes`of July 24, <br />1975, be accepted as submitted. <br />The Commission proceeded to discuss with Mr. Bronder,.the various _job de- <br />scriptions for the new recreation complex in North Olmsted. Mr.. Bronder had <br />submitted a number of positions for the new complex for the Commission to rule <br />on as to classification status under Civil Service Rules and Regulations. <br />After much discussion and questioning of Mr. Bronder,° the following; motion <br />was presented. <br />Motion by A. Conte, seconded by B. Coming that the following positions be <br />placed in the unclassified service and not be required to take examinations <br />for these positions: • <br />Assistant Manager A <br />Assistant aanager B <br />Food Service Manager <br />Passed. <br />Motion by J. Grady, seconded by B. Coming that the position of Secretary <br />Bookkeeper be placed in the unclassified position. <br />Passed. <br />Motion by A. Conte, seconded by J. Crady that the following positions of part- <br />time and unskilled labor be placed in the unclassified service. <br />Food Service Assistants <br />Ticket Takers <br />Guards - Life, Skate, Toboggan <br />Maintenance Assistants <br />Passed. <br />
