Colpert, Acting Police <br />Chief, City of North Olmsted, advising the Commission <br />of John Gibbons' suspension on October 18, 1975 and a <br />letter advising the Commission of Patrolman John Gibbons' <br />resignation with a copy of the resignation attached. <br />Correspondence sent by the Commission: <br />1. September 23, 1975 - To Ray Carnahan submitting three names for the Fireman <br />List. <br />2. September 30, 1975 - To J. Robert Kraps submitting four names from the Head <br />Custodian list. <br />3. October 7, 1975 - To J. Robert Kraps submitting seven names from the <br />Office Assistant list. <br />4. October 7, 1975 - To Ray Carnahan submitting the classification status <br />�. of the new recreation center. <br />5. October 7, 1975 - To Ray Carnahan and the Fire and Police Chiefs sub- <br />mitting a questionnaire on qualifications for <br />Policemen and Firemen. <br />Old Business: <br />Motion by Bill Coming, seconded by John Grady that the following -bills be sub- <br />mitted for payment. <br />Examination expenses for Fireman Ray Bement $20.00 <br />(Dr. Sachs, Ross, & Associates) <br />(Dr. C. A. Maldonado) $35.00 <br />(Medical Sciences Lab, Inc.) $39.00 <br />Passed. <br />The Commission discussed the position of Dispatcher for the North Olmsted Police <br />Department. The Commission instructed the Secretary to have the Safety Director <br />clarify the description and to receive an opinion from McCann Associates on the <br />feasibility of an examination for the position in question. <br />
