CITY OF NORTH OLMSTF-D <br />CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION <br />NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />Regular. Minutes of the North Olmsted Civil Service Commission - 11-20-75: <br />Present were Commissioner Bill Coming; Chairman Al Conte; Secretary James Kline; <br />.and Lieutenant Marion Taylor of the North Olmsted Police Department. <br />Motion by Bill Coming, seconded by Al Conte that the minutes of October 23, 1975 <br />be accepted as submitted. <br />Passed. <br />Correspondence: <br />1. October 28 and November 6 - Letter from North Olmsted Police <br />Department submitting evidence that two candidates, Thomas Wagner <br />and Robert Dunn, have refused to be considered for appointment <br />at this time. <br />2. October 28 - Letter from Captain Colpert, North Olmsted Police <br />Department, submitting an investigative report on Robert Joseph <br />Klamut and requesting his name be removed from the eligible list <br />for patrolman. <br />3. October 24 and November 4 - Letters from Ray Carnahan,.Safety <br />Director, advising the Commission of Promotional appointments <br />of Michael Gannon, Sergeant; Thomas Marsh, Lieutenant; and <br />the resignation of Chief Harry Hird to be effective on <br />December 31, 1975. <br />4. November 5 - Letter from Art Kruetzer, General Manager of North <br />Olmsted Bus Line, advising Alan Turri of his poor attitude toward <br />his job. <br />5. Letters sent by the Commission: <br />November 5 - To Henry Caster on classification of Bus Mechanics. <br />November 5 - To McCann Associates requesting an opinion on a test <br />from the position of dispatcher. <br />November 18- To Warren S. Earhart, State Personnel Department, <br />answering questions relative to our involvement with <br />the North Olmsted Board of Education. <br />
