0 <br />• <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTF-® <br />CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION <br />NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />Regular Minutes of the North Olmsted Civil Service Commission - 7/13/78 <br />Present were Commissioner Roger Alexander, Harry Malone, Chairman Walter Spalding <br />and Secretary James Kline. <br />Motion by H. Malone, seconded by Walter Spalding that the minutes of 6/1.3/78 be <br />accepted as presented. <br />The Commission met to discuss and set a new hearing date for Kenneth Moss, Bus <br />Operator for the City of North Olmsted, at the request of his attorney, Bruce <br />Kitchen. Mr. Moss was dismissed from his position of Bus Operator. <br />The Commission agreed not to meet during; the month of August if the secretary <br />had no particular issues to be decided. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m. <br />Chairman <br />cc:, W.
