CM OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />CIVIL SGRVICG COMMISSION <br />NORTHOHIO <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the North Olmsted Civil Service Commission -- <br />March 22, 1979. <br />Present were Commissioners Walter Spalding, Roger Alexander, Chairman Harry Malone <br />and Secretary James Kline. <br />Motion by W. Spalding, seconded by Harry Malone that the minutes of February 22, <br />1979 be accepted as submitted. , <br />Passed. <br />Correspondence: <br />1. Letters from Joseph Corrigan, North Olmsted Service Director, informing <br />the Commission of personnel changes. <br />- 2. Letter from Marion Taylor, North Olmsted Police Chief, advising the <br />Commission of personnel changes. <br />3. Letters from Stuart Berger, North Olmsted Board of Education Superin- <br />tendent, advising the Commission of classified employees who have <br />finished their probationary period successfully. <br />Old Business: <br />The Commission discussed Chief Taylor's request to remove Michael Lider°s <br />name from the classified Patrolman List. The following motion was submitted: <br />Motion by Roger Alexander that mail service to Michael Lider <br />at 3512 Clague Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, having been received <br />and no response having been received from the applicant, <br />Michael Lider, that the name of Michael Lider, be stricken <br />from the certified list for Patrolman and that the Secretary <br />be directed to give the said Michael Lider an actual notice, <br />if possible, of the said action. If the said party wishes <br />to appeal this action of the Commission, he must notify the <br />Secretary within seven days. <br />Passed. <br />
