<br />Minutes of the regular meeting of the North Olmsted Civil Service Commission held
<br />on October 22, 1981.
<br />Present were commissioners Roger Alexander and Walter Spalding and secretary
<br />Judy Wise and Fire Chief John Van Kuren.
<br />Motion by Walter Spalding, seconded by Roger Alexander, that the minutes of the
<br />previous meeting be accepted as presented.

<br />Consideration was given to correspondence from Mr. Petre requesting the name of
<br />Kevin Kittrick be removed from the certified list for firefighter. After discussing
<br />information presented by Chief Van Kuren and letters from several doctors, it was
<br />determined that Mr. Kittrick shall be disqualified from further consideration
<br />under section 6 of.Rule VI of the Rules and Regulation of the North Olmsted Civil
<br />Service Commission. He shall be informed of, this.decision and given an opportunity
<br />to be heard at the next regular meeting.
