In attendance were the Minutes Liason f or N. 0. Schools The minutes of April 17th, May 7th, and May 24th were approved as read, but the Secretary requested that the Commission allow the minutes to be retyped due to a mechanical malfunction of the typewriter. Permission granted. Correspondence_ Sheets listing all of the correspondence for the months of May and June will be attached to the julycopy of the minutes and will be disseminated to the appropriate minutes after the approval of the July Minutes. Finance Report Expense sheet submitted for approval for Physical Agility Tests. Approval granted. Old Business Elementary Hd. Custodian Test: Elementary Hd. Test scheduled for the 28th of June will be held in the N. 0. High School Cafeteria. A review of the entire custodial testing situation was held. Mr. Klein explained that the vacancy for Hd. High School Custodian was filled by James Andrews after an in- house notification process, followed by a published announcement of the vacancy. The Commission agreed to allow Mr. Andrews to take the test, but Mr. Andrews would have to rank competitively to re- tain his position. Candidates interviewed for the temporary appoint- ment included: Bob Harper- Electrician Wm. Donahue- Pro"t.a.tionary Bill Alm- (f ormerly)'Hd, New Business Custodian at Birch School Jr. High Custodian City Clerk Typist: An exam for this position will be scheduled and advertised in late summer or early Fall.
