Copeland, Director of the Department of Human Resources to Mr. Robert Brockman, Finance Directoradvising that effective March 26, 1979, Carol Ward will be.paid as Secretary to the North Olmsted Senior Center from the City's general fund. 7/ 7/86 - Copy of a memo sent to Ed Boyle, Finance Director from Mayor Petrigac advising that as of July 7th, 1986, Carol Ward will be transferred from the Senior Center to clerk,in the Building Department. 7/ 8/86 - Copy of a memo sent to the Finance Department from Mayor Petrigac re Carol Ward's transfer. 7/ 9/86 - Letter from Carol A. Ward to the North Olmsted Civil Service Commission. requesting a Hearing on her transfer from the Senior Center to the Building Department. 7/14/86 -.Letter from Gordon S. Friedman and Suzanne M. Nigro, Attorneys for Carol Ward re a Hearing date and requesting information of the Commission. 7/24/86 - Sent letter to Carol Ward requesting more specific information detailing her objections to her transfer. 7/24./86 - Sent a letter to the law firm of Friedman, Gilbert and Berezin, attorney for Carol Ward advising of a tentative hearing date of August 28, 1986. Enclosed a copy of the rules of procedurd used in conducting a Civil Service hearing. 7/26/86 - Letter from Gordon S. Friedman and Suzanne M.
