C
0
CIVIL SERVICE SPECIAL MEETING
APRIL 15, 1991
PAGE 2
Bob Wendt said that as far as recruiting goes, that the North
Olmsted Civil Service Commission doesn't recruit we advertise in the
local newspapers and tell people how to go about applying to take
the exam.
Insight & Attitudes will have the classes for training/preparing to
be done in a central place from where the candidates would be coming
from.
Mr. Huggins also felt that to start the recruiting in May 1991 -
September 1991 that his company would put in 15-20 hour per month
(minimum of 10 hours per month). For the months of October and
November they should be putting in 25 hours per month. This would
cost the City to train approximately 50 candidates around $10,000
The meeting adjourned at 6:30 pm. Our next regular meeting will be
on April 25, 1991 at 4:30 pm in the Old Town Hall.
ERT WENDT, CHAIRMAN
cc:
TRACY IM, SECRETARY
Administrative Assistant - Nancy Wlodarski
Building Department - Mr. Conway
Bus - Ken Mues
Chairman - Robert Wendt
Civil Service Secretary - Tracy Ice
Clerk of Council - Barbara Semen
Commissioner - Alan Kovelan
Commissioner - Henry Robinson
Finance Department - Mr. Burns
Fire Chief - Osterhouse
Law Director - Michael Gareau
Mayor Boyle
North Olmsted Library - Molly
Personnel & Administrative Services - Ron Wilamosky
Police Chief - Sefcek
President of Council
Safety Director - Mr. Gundy
School Board Personnel - Mr. Kline
Senior Center - Christina Hlavaty
Supt.
