The <br />Commission reviewed the protests and decided to go with Chief Lee's <br />recommendations. <br />Ronald Prebis had sent a letter to the Commission with a protest <br />regarding the seniority points and when they should be added. <br />The Commission had said, all a long during the Lieutenant preparation <br />for this test, that if any candidate(s) are within 1% from the 6th <br />candidate that those candidates would also move on and take the <br />assessment. Ronald Prebis was 1.5% points away from the 6th person. <br />
