that he would like to talk to his client. After about 15 minutes, Mr. Riley and his client returned to <br />the meeting. Mr. Riley indicated that he would like to have the board allow his client to submit any <br />additional information not only documents obtained by the Ohio State University. It may include <br />findings from Ohio State as well as other findings and it may not include Ohio State findings. Mr. <br />Dubelko suggested that the board should take into consideration what Fire Chief Bak would like to <br />see done. Chief Bak indicated that he would like to do what is best and he would like to make sure <br />that the Commission feels comfortable with its decision. Mr. Thomay indicated that the hearing <br />would be tabled until further notice. Mr. Farrell indicated that if the applicant received additional <br />information to submit it to the clerk and she would contact the chairman to set up a special meeting <br />so the matter could be addressed as soon as possible. Mr. Riley questioned when the next regularly <br />scheduled meeting would take place. The clerk indicated that the next scheduled meeting would <br />take place November 19, 2001. Mr. Riley questioned if the issue would automatically be placed on <br />the agenda for the next meeting. Mr. Thomay indicated that it would be on the agenda of the next <br />meeting if they did not hear from Mr. Gates. <br />J. Thomay Motion to recess until further information is obtained.. The motion was seconded by L. <br />Zolar and unanimously approved. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />1. The Commissioners need to make a motion to remove the following names from the Entry Level <br />Police Officers List and Dispatchers List. <br />Last Name First Name Reason for removal <br />Hlynosky <br />Charles <br />His request to be removed from <br />Police List. <br />Hess <br />Robert <br />His request to be removed from <br />Police List. <br />Sedor <br />Michael <br />His request to be removed from <br />Police List. <br />Gerbura <br />Beth <br />Her request to be removed from <br />Dispatcher List. <br />Kucera <br />Michael <br />His request to be removed from <br />Dispatcher List. <br />Mr. Thomay indicated that he would address new business regarding removing candidate's names. <br />Each of the candidates listed has requested their names be removed. Mr. Farrell pointed out that <br />two of the candidates were dispatchers. <br />J. Thomay motioned to remove the following names from the Police officers entry level list; <br />Charles Hlynosky, Robert Hess, Michael Sedor and the following names from the Dispatchers list; <br />Beth Gerbura and Michael Kucera. The motion was seconded by P. Farrell and unanimously <br />approved. Motion Carried <br />X ADJOURNMENT: <br />J. Thomay adjourned the meeting. The motion was seconded by P.
