The Law Department indicated that the Commission can make a motion, <br />summarize, conclude, and announce their decision subject to a more formalized order and findings <br />drafted up and adopted at a later date. <br />Mr. Ubaldi made a motion that the Commission upholds the decision to lay off due to lack of <br />work the position of Secretary II at the North Olmsted Waste Water Treatment Plant. The <br />decision is subject to a written opinion which would be more elaborate reflection of the <br />decision of the Commission being the collection opinion of the majority. Mr. Hohmann <br />seconded the motion. Roll call on the motion: B. Hohmann; yes, K. Zolar; no, M. Ubaldi; yes. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. Ubaldi made a motion that the Commission overrule the appeal of the displacement and <br />the subsequent lay off of the position of Secretary II at the North Olmsted Building <br />Department with the same qualifications as the previous motion to be noted in an extension <br />and revision of minutes. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. <br />VI. ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to adjourn at 9:55 PM.
