CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSIONINDEX FOR 2007MEETINGS JANUARY 22, 2007 Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the amended minutes. Ms. Zolar seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the final details for the Promotional Police Sergeant Examination as discussed. Ms. Zolar seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to implement two (2) examinations as in the aforementioned outline and to direct the secretary and/or the Assistant Law Director as required, respectively, for details pertaining to the examination and the contract therefor. Ms. Zolar seconded the motion and unanimously approved. M. Ubaldi made a motion to certify Michael Kilbane to the appointing authority for the rank of Police Lieutenant. Karen Zolar seconded the motion and unanimously approved. FEBRUARY 26, 2007 Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the amended minutes. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept final details for the Promotional Assistant Fire Chief Examination. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept final details for the Entry -Level Corrections Officer Examination. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. MARCH 19, 2007 Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the minutes as submitted. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to establish the Police Sergeant Eligible List. Mr. Ubaldi also certified Simon Cesareo for the position of Police Sergeant. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to reject the applications designated for rejection. Ms. Zolar seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion accept all discussed extra credit points and be applied to the applicant's score. Ms. Zolar seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to return the checks belonging to applicants whose submissions were rejected and the Civil Service Commission will retain the application. Ms. Zolar seconded the motion and unanimously approved.
