Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the 2008 calendar as amended. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to approve the 2008 Budget. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to implement the changes to the Rules and Regulations on November 5, 2007. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion for an Entry -Level Examination for the position of Emergency Central Dispatcher according to the established details. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to notify Joseph Gyorky and David Frolo that a hearing for the removal of their names from the Building Inspector Eligible List pursuant to Rule VII, Section 91 be held on January 28, 2008. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi noted that the Commissioners received a memo from Commissioner Conway with his explanation. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to notify Andrew Sasak that a hearing for his removal from the entry- level list pursuant from Rule VII, Section 9 c will be held on January 28, 2008. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to certify Ryan Blecick and forward a copy of his application to the appointing authority for the consideration for the position of Firefighter/Paramedic.
