Barrett called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. <br />PRESENT: J. Barrett, M. Hayes and K. Rahm <br />ALSO PRESENT: Human Resources Director C. Farver, Asst. Law Director B. O'Malley, S. <br />Barrett, Civil Service Secretary D. Eccleston and Civil Service Secretary S. <br />Berkley <br />H. DISPOSITION OF MINUTES: <br />The Civil Service minutes dated October 20, 2014, have been submitter) for approval. <br />Chairman Barrett moved, seconded by Commissioner Hayes, that the minutes of the October <br />20, 2014 meeting be approved as received. <br />Motioned passed unanimously. <br />III. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />There were 7 items of correspondence received and 9 items of correspondence sent out by the Civil <br />Service Commission.. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />Voluntary Removal of the Name on the Entry -Level Secretary II Eligible List <br />Chairman Barrett moved, seconded by Commissioner Rahm, to remove Kaylie Weinhardt <br />from. the Entry -Level Secretary II Eligible List due to receipt of a voluntary removal letter. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Chairman Barrett moved, seconded by Commissioner Hayes, to certify the name of Mary <br />Check from the Entry -Level Secretary II Eligible List and to certify the amended Entry -Level <br />Secretary H Eligible List. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />
