Further action <br />will be taken on this appeal when Mr. Bittner complies with ordinance <br />No. 3169 of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Regular Meeting -.April 7, 1962 <br />Mr. Bittner, Sublot No. 40, Gloucester Road, notified the Building <br />Commissioner, Ernest J. Gundy, that the builder would correct the <br />things that were not right, and the matter was resolved satisfactorily. <br />Ordinance 1595.03, item 7, listing requirements change # to A. S. A. <br />Z21.22 and commercial 3138 adopted January 1, 1959, <br />Regular Meeting - May 5, 1962 <br />A motion was made and seconded and approved by the Board, that we <br />revise Ordinance No. 1988 to conform to minimum standards for <br />residential swimming pools. National Swimming Pool Institute. <br />A set of standards of the National Swimming Pool Institute covering <br />Residential, Public and Semi -Public Pools will be presented to <br />Council for their approval. <br />All exposed exterior walls above grade of masonary construction shall <br />be faced with brick or stone or any accedpted material as determined by <br />the Board of Building Code Appeals. <br />
