Approved request of Mrs. Paul Weisbarth, Adm. 16504 Ernest Ave., Cleve- land, 0. to drop condemnation proceedings on dwelling at 6106 Fitch Rd. providing dwelling will be brought up to code requirements with- in 90 days to the satisfaction of Building Commissioner E. Gundy. May - No Meeting June 27, 1974 Approved request of Anthony Savarino, 4877 Dover Center Rd. to use 1/2 in. vitrified clay face brick on this building, due to insuf- ficient overhang of roof to accommodate regular brick. Resignation of Irwin Seidel as of June 5, 1974 was accepted by the Board, to allow him to act as temporary City Engineer and avoid any conflict of interest. July 25„1974 Approved request of Mayor Ralph Christman to use concrete blocks with 2 in x 3 in. flutes of white color on the North Olmsted Recreation Center only. Approved request of Sambo's Restaurant (between McDonalds and Kuhlman Olds on Lorain Rd.) to use Svec block for this building only. August - No Meeting September 26, 1974 Reappointment of Irwin Seidel to Board prior to this meeting. Approved request of T. W. Taylor, 23371 Westwood Rd., Westlake, Ohio to build a dwelling on 50 ft. lot at 23475 Clifford Drive. Revoked Contractor's License of Bauer Development Co., Inc. until re- pairs are made on various homes in North Olmsted, but they will be allowed to finish 5 homes now in various stagas of completion. Request of Joseph L. Isabell, 25124 Detroit Rd., Westlake, Ohio to build on 50 ft. lot at 5474 Whitehaven was withdrawn when it was found the house had only 1073 square feet (1100 square ft. area required in one floor house). Reauest of Wm. L. Kovacs,2226 Prame Ave., Cleveland to build house on 50 ft. lot on Whitehaven Ave. (Sub Lot 233-19-18) was withdrawn. Approved request of Bundas Plumbing, 21135 Lorain Rd., Fairview Park, 0. to use plastic pipe under concrete slabs in living area, provided pipe and installation meet all requirements as stipulated in City Engineer Child's letter to the Board of Building Code Appeals dated Aug.27,1974.
